What does this mean for my firm?

Most importantly, this does not mean your software will just stop working. PCLaw and Time Matters software will continue to be available.

It does mean that if you do not transition your software, your firm faces vulnerability to data corruption, broken links, integration incompatibility, among other software issues. Customer Support will not be able to offer assistance when you experience issues with the outdated software version. You also may find that you do not have access or the ability to update technology your firm needs. However, as your partner, we are here to help determine the best path forward for your firm.
