Juris Technical Support Packages

Juris offers four levels of Technical Support Packages.

Gold

Juris Weekend Support Options

Schedule weekend appointments with technical support agents for product installations and upgrades without any interruption to your normal working hours during the week.

Available to Juris customers a la carte with a non-refundable flat fee of $450 per session, call 877-377-3740 to schedule your appointment 5 business days prior to the requested appointment date. Your LexisNexis expert will dedicate that time to you and will be on call for the duration of your appointment.*

Juris Professional Services

With Juris Professional Services, your firm benefits from a full year of the services you need with significant savings over purchasing services separately. Reservations are subject to availability and must be scheduled 5 business days in advance. Assistance is limited to upgrade and install services. No data corruption assistance is available during weekend support hours. No cancellations, refunds, or returns for reservations.
